We provide inspection, repair, and maintenance services for home appliances.

Repairs are carried out based on visible and reported faults. Hidden or additional issues may require extra charges.

 2.⁠ ⁠Inspection & Diagnosis

A diagnosis/inspection fee may apply, even if the repair is not approved.

Final repair costs are confirmed after inspection.

 3.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payments

Prices depend on labor, spare parts, and service complexity.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Advance payment may be required for costly spare parts.

 4.⁠ ⁠Spare Parts

Replaced parts may be original, compatible, or refurbished, depending on availability and customer approval.

Old/replaced parts can be returned upon request at the time of service.

 5.⁠ ⁠Warranty

Limited warranty applies only to the repaired part or replaced component.

Warranty does not cover misuse, power fluctuations, water damage, physical damage, or repairs done by others.

Warranty period starts from the service date.

 6.⁠ ⁠Service Time & Delays

Estimated repair time is provided but may vary due to part availability or technical issues.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

 7.⁠ ⁠Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate appliance information and ensure safe access to the appliance.

Appliances should be cleaned and free of hazardous materials before service.

 8.⁠ ⁠Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, data loss, cosmetic damage, or manufacturer defects.

Our liability is limited to the value of the repair service provided.

 9.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Revisit

Service cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a visit charge.

Revisit charges may apply if the issue is unrelated to the original repair.

10.⁠ ⁠Unclaimed Appliances

Appliances not collected or approved for repair within a specified period may incur storage charges.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee to cover technician scheduling and travel costs.

Same-Day or No-Show Appointments

Same-day cancellations or failure to be present at the service location may result in a non-refundable service or diagnostic fee.

Service Fees

Diagnostic or inspection fees are generally non-refundable once the technician has visited, even if repairs are declined.

Repair Authorization

Refunds are not provided for repairs that have already been approved and completed.

If a customer declines repair after diagnosis, only the repair cost is waived; the diagnostic fee still applies.

Parts & Labor

Special-order or installed parts are non-refundable.

Labor charges are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Service Issues

If there is a workmanship issue, the company may offer a revisit or repair warranty instead of a refund.
